Our Story

Demould began in 2015 as a home-run passion project, born from a love for desserts that felt personal, thoughtful and worth celebrating. The name comes from stepping out of confined moulds — routines, limits, the usual way of doing things. Once a cake is demoulded, it's free to spread sweetness. That's exactly what our founder did, one dessert at a time. Today that same spirit runs a Rohini café, a Mayapuri production kitchen, and a Kirti Nagar gifting studio.
